At South End Stems, we stand behind the quality of our flowers and the care we put into every arrangement. As a small business, we’re not able to offer refunds at this time. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us.

If you receive flowers that don’t meet your expectations or arrive in less-than-perfect condition, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll do everything we can to make it right — whether that’s a replacement or another thoughtful solution.
