Ordering & Delivery
"How far in advance should I place my order?"
We suggest giving two days advance when placing an order, however we may be able to accommodate orders needed sooner.
"Do you offer same-day delivery?"
While we cannot 100% promise we can complete same day orders, we can do our best to accommodate your needs!
"What areas do you deliver to?"
We deliver to the greater charlotte area! Our delivery fees vary depending on how far you are from us :)
"Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?"
Absolutely! Pick up is always free!
Custom Orders
"Can I request specific flowers or colors?"
All of our bouquets have the option for "add-on" flowers to be added. Currently, we offer Sunflowers, Peonies, Lilies, Daisies, and Roses for $6-$15 extra. As for colors, you can ask for specific colors to be used at no extra cost!
"How can I get a specific arrangement/bouquet made?"
If you have pictures as inspiration, email them to us at hello@southendstems.com and we can create a custom order for you! We will do everything we can to create your exact bouquet the way you want it :)
"Do you make custom arrangements for weddings/events?"
Absolutely! We make all sorts of installations and arrangements for events, weddings, baby showers- etc, you name it!
Pricing & Payment
"Do you take cash?"
Yes! Find us at pop ups and markets and we take cash! However we cannot accept cash at delivery- all orders made online must be paid for digitally.
Flower Care
"How long will my flowers last?"
With proper care, flowers should last a minimum of two weeks!
"How do I take care of my bouquet to make it last longer?"
A great tip is to change water every other day in order to delay any stem rot! You can also add a small drop of bleach to fight against bacteria. And yes, a small drip of sprite can also help arrangements last longer :) If any flowers begin to wilt, feel free to remove them from your arrangement! This will keep fruit flies away.
Cancellations & Refunds
"Can I cancel my order?"
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Because our arrangements are made to order- if we have already purchased your flowers and began arranging your order- we cannot cancel your order.
"Can I get a refund?"
At this time we cannot offer refunds. We are a small business and we do whatever we can to make things right. If you have received flowers from us that you don't find to be of quality- please let us know!
Special Offers/Subscriptions
"Do you offer flower subscriptions?"
Yes, we do! You can purchase any of our arrangements or bouquets as a subscription. Each month a new bouquet will be delivered to your door with fresh, seasonal flowers.
Personalizations
"Can I personalize my bouquet?"
Of course! We can attach hand written notes, apply floral flitter, add signage, use specific wrapping paper, and much more! We are currently working on collabing with local coffee shops to create a 'Flowers and coffee' set that can be purchased and sent to your loved ones. Whats better than a fresh bouquet in the morning? Coffee, duh.
